LAST RIDE SHIPPING POLICY

At Yoke Buck, every order is prepared with the same care as gear packed for a long ride across open country. We work to deliver your items safely, quickly, and with full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, processing may require additional time.

Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking information.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

Italy: 2–5 business days
Europe: 4–8 business days
United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
United States & Canada: 6–12 business days
International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, or local delivery services.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Every shipped order includes a tracking number. Tracking information may require up to 72 hours to update after shipment confirmation.

If your tracking appears delayed, this usually means the package is still being processed by the carrier network.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

Yoke Buck is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or events beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, contact us and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to modify or recover the shipment.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and product.

We will review the situation and work toward a suitable resolution.
